Window Event Monitor

Monitor Serevre ：Window Sereve 2012 R2

Trying monitor using eventlog[Application] but not able to monitor.
If Application Event show Error or warning ,that i want to monitor using Zabbix.

What exact problem you have with monitoring eventlog ? no data received, item not supported, some other issue ?
