i use zabbix in network device, example cisco switchs
now,i have a problem about actions
first,i created a trigger,Problem expression was last()>last(#2),(ex. last is 2,last#2 is 1),recover expression was last()=1
second,i created a action, sendsms when was problem,and sendsms when recovery. sendsms when acknowledgements.
then, with problem,last()>last(#2),i received sms.at the time last() was 2.
but i closed problem by manual, i received two sms,one was recovery sms,another was acknowledgements sms.
i think ,if i manual close problem,actually the recovey expression was last()=2,not recover.
i suggest,the Monitoring-Triggers-
Event acknowledgements(click Ack),add "no actions recovery oper"
