Zabbix Server Database change

OS : RHEL7.3
I already configure Zabbix3.4 and Postgresql9.2 but suddently requirement change so need to change database server to Mysql.

Without re-installing Zabbix 3.4 possbile to change and how ?

Well to be honest, I have never done this before and at the same time I'm asking myself... what will be quicker? Re-installing Zabbix with mysql as DB backend or trying to change DB with exporting-importing data etc..
