Mikrotik VPN Monitoring

I recently started using zabbix as a monitoring solution so I'm new to this.
I wanted to monitor if anyone connects to pptp vpn on my mikrotik virtual machine.
I'm currently using "Template SNMP OS Linux" as template.
I'm trying to use operation status value to check if the pptp connection is up or not. so I'm using
"{{HOST}:ifOperStatus[pptp-connection-name].last(0)}"
but it always shows "1" as result.
Can anyone gimme a help on this ?
