Zabbix monitoring log file , items and triggers best practice

hi all ,
i've zabbix version v2.4.8, trying to monitor log files and trigger when there is specific errors . created 3 different items for 3 log files . yet trigger does not show up while i'm pretty sure that error did happen

EX 1:- Item 1 log[C:\logs\BeeTopup.log, Provider Error : Transaction not accepted|-111 Invalid Topup Amount|-90 Sorry, please enter a valid amount]

EX 2 :- log[C:\logs\BeeVoucher.log,card profile not valid]

Triggers for example 1 and 2 attached

i figured out that the problem is the trigger , but i can't find out how to set the right one
