alert after 5 day

Friends have a switch being monitored their ports. The values via snmp for UP is 1 and DOWN 2. Could anyone help me how do I create an alert for it to report when it is 2 "DOWN" for 5 days? I have tried the last and min function but the alert comes immediately. I would like to create the alert only after 5 days DOWN.

I used to have the same problem as you. But min(5d) should do the job, it worked for me. So you would get something like this (if you use LLD):

{template name:ifOperStatus[{#IFNAME}].min(5d)}=2 or {template name:ifOperStatus[{#IFNAME}].nodata(5d)}=1

With the above expression the trigger will activate when the interface is down for 5 days or when Zabbix doesn't receive any data from the interface for 5 days. Also, from what I have seen, when the monitored item's value is already 2 BEFORE creating the trigger then Zabbix will ignore the wait time and activate the trigger immediately.
