Zabbix 3.4 - search patern in website when encoding is gzip

Hello,

How i should set my settings for monitoring WWW when website using gzip encoding. I have read documentation but everything what I did was wrong.
Please help with example: search word "x" in website "y" when x is in y then status is OK
