Cannot acknowledge problem: event is not in PROBLEM state.

Zabbix version: 3.4.5-1+stretch on Debian 9.3, just updated.

When trying to acknowledge an event from older triggers (29 days in this case), the acknowledgement fails with the following error:

"Cannot acknowledge problem: event is not in PROBLEM state."

Google finds where this issue was resolved in previous versions:

But it persists.

Still no solution? Bulk acknowledge fails on events that have "OK" status with Zabbix 3.4.15 which is typical for log events that are followed by "Information" severity which is very typical. In this condition, bulk acknowledge fails.
