Modify Frontend messaging of other users

We have Zabbix setup with AD authentication, as such I don't know the password of other users.

I'm looking to find a way to enable frontend messaging and configure the sounds for all users and not just myself via profile.

I don't see a way to do this in Zabbix GUI, or via the API. The only method appears to be if I can login at the user and view their own profile to enable this.

Any thoughts on how I can do this, maybe I'm missing something.
