Monitor DSL Modem without Hostname

I would like monitor my DSL modems in my office. The modem can be ping via IP Address. But I don't have the Hostname for the modems.

Soo my question is, is there any way that I can add new Host on Zabbix without having to know their hostname? I would like to monitor them.

If you just want to monitor with ping, you do not need a host name.

Since it is necessary to register on Zabbix with a name, please register by specifying a suitable name.
Please specify the IP address of that modem to the interface of that host.
