start http down start

I would like to do the httpd service and if he did not pass three test i would like the zabbix
systemctl restart nginx &&
systemctl restart httpd
performs.

can someone help me how to do that?

What do you mean by "passing three tests"?

Do you mean it is down 3 times in row ?
You can use the min(#3) or max(#3) trigger functions, depending on values you are receiving in your item.
For example if normal status for your service is 0, the you can use trigger expression

your_item.min(#3) > 0

which means, than ALL three last values are greater than 0, so 3 tests in in a row failed.
