Removing 'NOTE: Escalation cancelled' from email

I'm trying to get rid of this 'NOTE: Escalation cancelled: item ...' in emails as it is leaking sensitive informations from macros to the email. Is this possible in configuration?

Hi,

I stumbled upon this post via Google and was wondering as well if this was possible? Especially with the new HTML mail functionality in 4.2 this note looks ugly and out of place.
