Same Trigger on all hosts

Hi everibody,
i'm new of zabbix and i'm trying to configure it.
I think mine is a rela simple question fo you....

How can i set a trigger for all hosts?
I created this trigger :

{SVI_test:icmpping.last(0)}#1

but this (correctly) work only for the specified host (SVI_test).
If i want this trigger working for all hosts what i have to do?

Try to use MACRO {HOSTNAME} like this:

{{HOSTNAME}:icmpping.last(0)}

Works pretty good for me.

I used the HOSTNAME MACRO but zabbix doesn't insert the trigger because it said that {HOSTNAME}:icmpping.last(0) doesn't satisfy the rule...

I misunderstand first post. Try to create it on a template which all those hosts derive from, like Host.Unix.
