do you somebody know, how to set up discovery for automatic adding hosts?
I have done it in this way
1) Discovery
2) Action - if discovery status is discovered or up then link it to "MyTemplate"
3) Template "MyTemplate" - Discovery - Create discovery rule and then add Host prototype
After discovery, there are two rows for each host - in Configuration - Hosts. One is with IP address as name and second is with hostname (read by snmp) as name. When I manualy delete row with IP name, then it deletes "IP" row and "Hostname" row too.
My question is: Is it possible to autodiscovery host, use host prototype for set hostname and then have single entry for that host in Hosts table? What I am doing wrong?
