how to monitor a high latency host.

Hi everybody,
I Need to monitor ICMP ping of some hosts where lantency is around 500ms. The default ICMP template have the 3 triggers bellow. How can I modify the triggers to warn when latency is over 500ms? My zabbix is 3.4 version.


High ICMP ping loss
