I managed to monitor a web page, but can we stop the monitoring of the scenario when the service is stopped?

For example, if the apache service stop, I want it to stop monitoring at the same time.

In the test that I realized, when I stopped the service, the web scenario was always monitored.

I'm going to explain again, the page I'm monitoring is the wamp homepage, the URL is http://localhost/
What I want to do is that when the wamp service stops, zabbix also stops monitoring too.
But in my test, when I stop Wamp, monitoring continues.

So my question is, how to make zabbix stop monitoring in parallel with the service stopped?
