How to create Zabbix customized screen

Hello,
I've been tasked to find a way to view the customized data on Zabbix.
I'm wondering whether it's even possible to make it customizable. If there is, could you guys please tell me the way to do it?
I've managed to install the Zabbix server and the agent, and now I have to find a way how the agent can send customized data and have the server displaying the customized data on the screen.

can you be more specific - what do you mean by customized data ?

If you want to make some specific checks, which are not included in the Zabbix agent functionality, you can use UserParameters

Yes, I want to be able to view and receive customized data such as transactions of each participant etc.

Would there be any way to customize the screen of Zabbix which already includes and displays data such as the CPU, Network, etc.?
For example, I want to view the customized data under the CPU, Network data, or make a new menu screen for the customized data.
