How to grant access to a user without give his group an access to the host group

I am actually deploying a Zabbix server but i have an issue with the screen monitoring.
I've been creating screens on my zabbix server and they are efficient but i have a problem, i need to give to my company partners an access to a part of the screens but not all.
So in Properties>Share i have give them the read only permission on those screens. The problems comes now, It didn't worked at all, i know the reason i don't have the permission in their user group. But if i want to grant them access to the screens i have to give them access to this group but I can't because I don't want them to access all my supervised hosts. I can't create a new host group for exmple because I can't separate my host group.
Does someone can answer my problem ?
