Hi, in zabbix 1.1.4 i create an alarm that should send an email when a trigger become on.
I inserted my email address into Media for the user that i inserted into the action and i see the trigger change status but no email is sent...

Which can be the problem?

Have you configured a media type in General->Media Types with a reachable smtp server?

No...i didn't...

I correct myself...
It doesn;t work also with the snmo configured...
But when an action take place i should see it into the actions history,right?
Because there i didn't see nothing...

Ok, probably I've found what happens here. I'm configuring a test server just now and remembered that one step more is needed in order to make this work.

In configure->actions you have to create a new Action binding the kind of trigger to a user or a group to send messages to.
