zabbix agent fail to start, anyone help?

tried disable selinux already
tried uninstall the agent and install back
still fail to start

first place to look if Zabbix agent fails to start is zabbix_agentd.log
/var/log/zabbix/zabbix_agentd.log by default on Linux systems

there may be some valuable information

Your zabbix agent has started correctly and says that Zabbix Server is not monitored...

Have you enabled host named Zabbix server in the front-end ? name is case-sensitive
