History Syncer going crazy

I desperately need some help, about 3 weeks ago our Zabbix server would almost every night send out that all servers are unavailable and if I look at the Zabbix Server Internal monitoring,
all looks fine except for the History Syncer that max out at 100% for the some time and then it drops down again.
The problem is that not all servers recover so to get them to recover I need to restart the Zabbix server Application. The strange thing is during the day the History syncer avg around 20%

Thats the strange thing I did not, we are running 3.2.7 and this just started to happen about 3 weeks ago.
A month before we migrated our database to faster storage but that was the only change.
