Zabbix web page looking wrong after update

I just updated from 3.0.1 to 3.2 and after done this in test environment all went just fine. Now when I did this update to production side everything went quite ok, only thing broke was SELinux but that is another story.
Now after update I managed to get zabbix back on running and after reloading monitoring page for the first time there are "Configuration" and "Full-screen" buttons in the top left corner. On top of "Dashboard" text as shown on first picture. If I go to graphs for example, I only can see the graph I want to select but not which machine I want to look into. That drop down menu is also on top left corner as shown in second picture.
Any ideas how to fix this?
