Mini PC suggestions for Proxy Zabbix and LED screen display

The mini pc must:
- handle and process 30-50 hosts
- display 24/7 on a LED screen the web site we created for the client for his host monitoring
- has a maintenance access with tools like teamviewer,...

I am looking for a screen to use outdoors as a billboard/screen (exterior wall mounted). I am hoping to get some pointers on what is a practical solution. Size would be approx 2m*3m (6.6*10ft) area, would need to be visible in day from up to 40m (235ft) away. Cost, software and exposure (vandalism etc) are also issues of consideration. I have seen multi screen displays i.e. 6 –9 screen running split screen graphic software that looked good. Any comments on what solution or combinations work at a reasonable cost? Thanks in advance.
