Base images of official Zabbix Docker files

    Hello,

    Base images:
    - Documentation only mentioned Alpine latest and Ubuntu trusty
    - Zabbix official repository lists docker files with CentOS 7 base image
    - Which base image would you recommend?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Please check the document on the Docker Hub.
The image based on CentOS 7 is also released.

CentOS images were added quite recently. Personally, I am using exactly CentOS since then without any issues.
Please note, that compose v3 also was added.

Thanks Atsushi and Dmitryb for the confirmation. I will use version of CentOS base image in our environment.

It needs to restart zabbix-server service after making changes on /etc/zabbix/zabbix_server.conf.

As Zabbix server is process 1 on container, it needs to restart the server container. However, restarting container results in the changes are reverted back to the original config.

Dmitryb, as you are using Zabbix on docker, would you please recommend how to change Zabbix server configuration when Zabbix server container is running?
