[3.4] Auto Discovery files exists

Hello,
I have a question, is it possible to create auto discover for file exists with regex? Because i need to trace all logs which are in one folder but it would be crazy to make item for every log manually. Or is it easier to write script which will parse text from those logs to one exactly? :-D And one more [Q] any chance of making one item which reads those logs?

So i found Logrt which is able to rotate those logs and thx to that i'm able to read all what i need, but still i would like to know when new instance of log is created and make trigger for it.
