    suckerd & trapperd ?

I'm totally lost here with suckerd & trapperd. Do i need to have it running for zabbix_server to function correctly? I am NOT doing an y SNMP monitoring, I am strictly monitoring through the zabbix_agentd.

Any clarification in this would be really, really helpfull. (thanks in advanced!)

That depends on the version of Zabbix you are using. If you are using Zabbix 1.0, then yes, you need the sucker running, but not the trapper as you are not doing SNMP. If you are running Zabbix 1.1, then you do not need the sucker as it has been retired in favor of the zabbix_serverd daemon.
