i have create an host with ip adress on my switch, but the status is monitored and Availability is Not available an y have an error "Timeout while connecting to [xx.xx.xx.xx:161]"

Is snmp enabled with a matching community name to what your item in zabbix is configured to? -
i don't think the problem comes commmunity of my item..
i can't connect to my host with snmp_t template or what item is the problem ?
i'm lost, help me, explained me..
