how i get the item key

I want to create an Item. I have the OID, but what I fill in "Key"? In my MIB-Browser and via snmpwalk I only can see the OID. Is there any way to find out the key?

Use any unique string as a key for any SNMP related items. The key is not important for SNMP, it just has to be unique for a host.
