How to speed up setup of items for snmp.

Hi.

I am trying to monitor devices with snmp.
Is there any way how to load SNMP OID into items automatically from snmpwalk? I suppose to monitor 3com switches and they have a lot of OIDs which would take me hours to load it manually.

zabbix version 1.3.3
