Help with Triggers

Hi,

I need some info about triggers. Can we set triggers in a way that if the condition sustains for sometime, only then it should be active,

Like if i set a trigger for CPU > 90%, then it should only fire when this condition sustains for 10 secs. As of now, this trigger responds for each spike.

I didn't find any option to configure it, is there any way to do it ?
