I would like to thank James Wells for helping me installed Zabbix version 1.1.6 on
my Gentoo Linux box. His instructions are very precise that someone with
little experiences with Gentoo Linux can conquer this beast.

I will put together an instruction on how to install Gentoo Linux so that
dummies like myself can do it. After that, I will add comments to the instruction
that James provided me so that in the future, every linux dummies (yours
truly included) can install Zabbix on gentoo Linux.

This is the best forum that I have run into by far. I wish people in the Cisco
networking field is as nice as James.

Now I am off to configuring the hosts.
