same trigger for thiusand items

i have thousands of items on which i want to add the trigger.
There is a way to add only one trigger?

items key are like dpc1status,dpc2status,dpc1000status etc...

Do you have this items belong to a template???

if you have added the items on a template then the one trigger will effect all the items on that template. If you don't have template or you have different templates for a number of items then you have to make triggers for all the templates or items you have created.

As far as I know this is the way it works and this is the way I work on my network.
