syntax for configuring a script as action

I created a media type
Description: A01
Type: Script
Scriptname: A01.sh

But When I create Action
Action Type: Remote command
Source: Trigger
Condition: (done correctly)
Remote command: A01
I Get
[ERROR:Cannot add action]

incorrect command: 'A01'


Please someone tell me the trick to the "Remote command" box in CONFIGURATION OF ACTIONS

the syntax is
zabbix_configured_hostname:/full/path/script.sh
