questions about triggers

I am working for the swiss federal Government Computing center in Bern and I’m studying for a diploma at a federal technical collage.
My project is “Computing Center Monitoring using Zabbix”, because I’ve been asked to implement this in our new Computing Center (3 rooms, total 1200m2, power consumption 1MW)
The main direction of my project is the environmental monitoring via SNMP ratter than ~ Server information (hard disk free space etc.) I’m looking for sample or skeleton triggers for the following 3 cases:
• Temperature over 28°C – the severity is “high”
• Humidity below 20% - the severity is “high”
• power off (1 = on 0 = off) – the severity is “disaster”
I would be grateful for every help or information.
