how do you configure sms notification

I have just installed 1.3.6beta and would like to try out the sms notifation..
I can't see how you link the user to the media types , so when you assign an action to the user, they get the notification ....

btw 1.3.6 .. looking good ..

Look at user properties. The linkage to media types is defined there.
