Questions on Zabbix Expression

Am i correct to say that above trigger turns to true when zabbix receive value of 0-0.4 over 5 counts, and changes to false if value is >0.4 ?

I think that is correct, but you may want to enclose the last two in a set of parentheses, in case the order of precedence of the | and & operators is not what you are expecting.

Anyone know of more cleaner way to write expression on trigger to turn true when it get a value of 0-0.4 over 5 counts?

How to i write an expression if i want to check value returned over 5 counts to be between 0.2-0.4 range?
