Newby Windows Install

HI i want to install Zabbix in windows i read on the web page that its possible, but i cant find a way to do it, i downloaded the compiled Zabbix for Win32, but it does nothing, im supposed to have apache installed and postgresql too, i have both but still dont know how to install Zabbix in windows, ill appreciate any help

I know zabbix is supported by windows as far as being a client(which means it can be monitored by Zabbix), but I don't believe at this point that the Zabbix server can run on a windows computer. I remember seeing it mentioned that support for that was on a todo list, but I haven't heard of it being implemented yet.
