Action notifications: Is this right?

Ok so I have an interface going to one of my dev switches that I'm monitoring inbound/outbound traffic. I have a trigger setup to warn at a 50% threshold and High at 95% usage. I have an action setup to send an email.

Now, what I'd prefer is to have an email sent every 20 minutes while the trigger is active, then an email when it's inactive. What is happening though, is I tell the action to repeat 20 times every 20 minutes. I did this thinking that I'd get up to 20 notifications during this trigger every 20 minutes it was active. Instead, I'm getting 20 notifications total, even after the trigger is OFF.

Is this really how that is supposed to work or am I doing something wrong?

I think that is how it works right now. I believe in the newer version that's currently in beta they took the "repeat" function out. I think the plan is to eventually put together a "escalation" feature which might let you setup what you are wanting to do, but I believe that is the current expected behavior.
