Host configuration on server for active checks

I have couple of hosts behind a NAT firewall. Using active checks on that hosts, so they connect to the server on port 10051.

I see the hosts connect to the server to receive the checks.

However I cannot figure out the host configuration in the zabbix server. The hosts, off course, have internal IP's. What would be a host configuration on the server (server is on a remote location), so the clients will receive the checks?

There must be someone out there that knows an answer.

I tested several configurations in Host, but got no response on my active checks.

I have a host in there that does passive check and if I change the agentd configuration on that host I get active checks with data.

But the new host I need to put in there does not have an external IP and I do not want to port forward the passive port through a firewall.
