Configure email action

How can we configure zabbix to send an email only after the last 5 minuts status of the trigger is ON?
For example
12:30 - Zabbix checks Internet connection
12:33 - Zabbix checks Internet connection
12:35 - Internet is disconnected
12:36 - Zabbix checks Internet connection and notices there is a problem. Marks that a problem occurred
12:39 - Zabbix checks Internet connection and still notices that the connection is off. However, only 3 minutes have passed since Zabbix first noticed the problem
12:42 - Zabbix checks Internet connection and it is still disconnected. Now it has been over 5 minutes so it now sends an email.
Please help me

I would suggest modifying of your trigger expression to something like:

{isp:connection.max(300)}=0

Actually i want to configure an action which should send email only after last 5 minutes trigger status is ON.More precisely don't send email immediatly after trigger status change.It should wait and watch next 5 minutes trigger status and send email if it status is change.

It is possible now with escalations.

Enable escalations and set the time period appropriately so that the email action comes at the 5 minute mark. The documentation should help you set this up, otherwise this forum could continue to help if you need more information.
