I have exactly the same problem except that I work with mysql and I don't have any pre-defined user (guest was removed and admin was renamed). Have you found a workaround?

I have probably found something. The first thing you have to check is if the query

select u.*
from users u
where u.alias='guest' and (u.userid div 100000000000000)=0

returns something... If not, check the content of your table users with:

SELECT * FROM users;

You must recieve a user "guest" with userid=0. If not, either add one with for exemple :

INSERT INTO users (userid,alias,name,surname,passwd,url,autologout,l ang,refresh,type)
VALUES
(0,'guest','guest','guest','','',360,'en_gb',30,1) ;

Or change the userid with

UPDATE users
SET userid=0
WHERE users='guest'
;

Many thanks.
Addition of the user guest with userid =0 has helped, now index.php is loaded normally.

But I can't login under any user (has created a few new in a DB), even with the empty password.
[ERROR: Login name or password is incorrect]
What problem may be?

Do you have somebody correct DB-shema and default values for Oracle?
There are many errors in shema and data in Zabbix package!
