Where is ZabbixW32.exe?

Hi, I'm trying to install Zabbix Agent in a Windows and the manual of Zabbix 1.4 says that I must install zabbixw32.exe. But I cannot find the file in the compressed program. how could I install the Zabbix Agent in Windows? Thanks.

it is now called zabbix_agentd.exe in the 1.4 build... it should be in the win/win32 directory of the source...

It doesn't seem to response to the same command-line parameters though (ie., to install as a service, etc). I am going to search through other posts and if I don't find anything, I will start a new thread...
