zabbix doesn't do snmp query unless present host responds

    Hi,
    Zabbix version 1.1.6
I have 3 hosts configured in zabbix, in which 2 hosts are monitored. Zabbix is querying the data properly. Now I enabled the 3rd host, Due to snmp server not available on host 3, host 3 is not responding. Now zabbix stops monitoring first 2 servers and just tries to get data from host 3 which is not available.
This is creating lot of false triggers. Did anybody faced this problem or has any solution for this. This is blocking me from using zabbix.

Are they all compiled with snmp support?
