Zabbix don't have the option "configuration"

I don't have the option "configuration" in the interfaz Zabbix, what's missing?

i have only these options

Monitoring Inventory Reports Login

I login as "Admin" but anyway it's missing configuration,

i have a lot of mistakes in zabbix configurations, because i'm beginner in linux, it's possible to uninstall and to install again and to correct the mistakes?, please tellme how

i'm using debian
