unable to configure action/trigger frequency

I'm running 1.4 and for the life of me I can't find a place in the GUI to control the repetiton of an action/trigger. When I have a service down, I get one page.. then when it comes back another. For example, I'd like it to page me at 20 minute intervals until the condition is resolved. I've searched the forums and docs and haven't been able to find an answer.. Thanks, Jeff

Support of escalations and repeated notifications is not in 1.4. It will be implemented in next major release.
