Multiple templates: Application association destroyed?

Hi there.

I'm new to zabbix, just installed V1.4. This was quite straightforward. When playing around, i found it would be useful to create a new template Template_Mailserver, because not all of the servers i want to monitor are mailservers. So i created the template and moved the appropriate items from Template_Linux into this template. I created an Application "Services" for Template_Mailserver and associated the items to that application. Then i linked the server to both Template_Linux and Template_Mailserver.
The result was that in Monitoring->Latest, all items from Temlate_Linux moved to the application other. When removing the link to Template_Mailserver, the association was ok again.

Is this a bug, or did i something wrong?

This is a known issue. Please wait for 1.4.1 which will be released in a couple of days.

Just tried this with 1.4.2. Same error.

Yep, it's stlll happening or seems to here.

You have to remove the host from all templates, and then click Save, then go back to the host properties and re-add the templates.
