SNMP Hex to ASCII?

Im going to have to deal with this in a few days. SNMP will return back '0x01 0x15 0x32 0x30 0x30 0x36 0x30 0x34 0x31 0x31', which is converted to '20060411' when ran through an ASCII table.

How would I get zabbix to store the ASCII value?
