Help Upgrade Procedure

Dear all,
might sound like a noob question, which I am.
But what is the procedure for upgrading, I want to upgrade from 1.4 to 1.4.1,
but I cant find any proper instructions for it.
Do I need to recompile ? or just copy the web pages, I read that I dont need to patch the db , Please Help.

Migration from one minor version to another does not require database patches. Install new server binaries, upgrade PHP files (keep old conf/zabbix.conf.php) and optionally upgrade your agents.
