    SNMP device not accessible

Please Help! Dont see items and triggers in SNMP_Template which view that device not accessible.

When i disconnect network from device i see in monitoring that only no new data from device, but have not any triggers & events about this.

    in
    Configuration -> hosts
/VoiceGW/MSK1 XX.XX.XX.XX 161 Monitored Not available Timeout while connecting to [XX.XX.XX.XX]

That I should make to see that the device is inaccessible?

No problem. By the way, you may also try pre 1.4.2 from http://www.zabbix.com/developers.php to check if new operator precedence works fine.

Where you want to see it ? Give more info.
Try to add simple check by ping - if trigger 1(by snmp) not answer then run trigger 2 (by ping) if icmp runnig well then divece is not accessable... i think so.

i add icmpping (Simple check) item to my template.
And see that state active, but on monitoring page this item for cisco device have status "-" (Unsupported?)

i cant create action that device unreacheble, so as have not this trigger in snmp template and icmpping (Simple check template) item dont working.

So question as i can create action about unreachable cisco device?

            I do this:

            create template - Remote Devices.
create item - Average SNR by snmp - snmp oid, key,etc
create item - Ping Status - icmpping
create Trigger for group Remote Device - {HOSTNAME} Low Average SNR by snmp if last value < 10
create Trigger for group Remote Device - {HOSTNAME} Ping Dead - {Evrostroy:icmpping.last(0)}#1

If last value of you Cisco Device <> 1 (i.e. = 1 then device is unreacheable).

also create item and trigger in VoiceGW template (zabbix 1.1.6)

create item - Ping Status - icmpping
create Trigger for group VoiceGW - {HOSTNAME} Ping Dead - {VoiceGW:icmpping.last(0)}#1

but in monitoring Item have status "-" and trigger grey, try with cisco 5350.

as i can check this item via zabbix_get?
              i try ./zabbix_get -sxxx.xxx.xxx.xxx -kicmpping
              Timeout while executing operation.
              but host pings ok.
