Can anyone help me with setting up three simple triggers ?

1) server is unreachable more than 2 minute
(It is easy to setup trigger -> action to send email when server is unreachable, but I did not discover how to define for how long server have to be down to send email notification )

2) harddrive space on the server is less than 5%

3) CPU load of the server is higher than 95% longer than 2 minutes

1) try agent.ping.count(120,0)}>X where x is the number of times ping would have run in the last 120 seconds (i.e. if ping runs every 30 seconds X=4)

2) {t_WindowsServer:vfs.fs.size[c:,free].last(0)}/{t_WindowsServer:vfs.fs.size[c:,total].last(0)}<0.05

3) Not 100% sure on this one but it would be some variation of #1 (not sure if you can nest commands but might be worth a try.
